happy christmas everyone and a merry new year (God willing) or at least a better one for many of our brothers and sisters who lost much this year especially loved ones .
i will be hibernating until after the innaugeration for various reasons one i can only type with my left hand my right hand seems to be uncooperative at this moment (tendonitis i think) second I had a bit of a high blood pressure emergency (no biggie) of 181/120 this week and no lower than 145/84 for which my doc advised me to cool the stress level for a while and not watch the news and not think so much. So i am now on blood pressure medicine and a minor sedative listening to christmas music, i am trying to be a little more physically active to de-stress in the meantime if any of you's guys needs a word of encouragement or to chat, vent, pray or you need a good listener you know where to find me. I promise i will try to read as many blogs as i can when i return to the bloggospheare love ya much your friend weeziebear
