USA: Cutting Back on Missle Defense: Not A Good Move!

Nor is nuclear disarmament, These are definitely not in our best interests.

Here's the deal folks.  Sunday morning North Korea launched a rocket into space.  North Korea says it was just a harmless satellite.  However, knowing North Korea the way we do - their historical responses and attitudes do not lend itself towards thinking kindly about the USA, or it's allies, (ie; Canada, Mexico, several South American Countries, both Eastern and Western Europe, (well, most of them anyway).  Remember folks: Mr. Kim Jung Il does not like us at all, and I do believe from the jist of his past conversations, he would like nothing more than to remove us from the face of the earth along with all of our closest friends.  This anti-American policy of his should have us all quite unsettled and on our guard and should serve to clarify any mistaken thought we may hold that Mr Il is a benevolent kinda guy with happy thoughts towards us.  I assure you he does not!  Should we reach-out and agressively smack him back with a little taste of his own medicine? - No not at this time. What then?   I think a watch, learn, and prepare attitude is required.  Now is NOT the time for stepping back on our missle defense nor our nuclear arms or any other defense system we may possess.  Now IS the time for due diligence.  Now is the time to sharpen our fangs, file our claws, keep our tails and ears alert, circling our borders and homesteads, ready to pounce should the need arise.  Never let your guard down or show weakness.  Not everyone is in our corner.  However,  We don't need to rub anyone's nose in it, but we must make it perfectly clear that we will not tolerate an attack on our nation or any of our friends

Keep this is mind:  North Korea's interests are overseen by China, much like Irans's interest's are overseen by Russia.  It would behoove us to keep this in mind when considering both negotiations and recriminations.  Leopards, though powerful elusive, and attractive they may be, never change their spots, their claws and fangs remain just as sharp !
